Job Qualifications:

1 Develop the supply chain supply side according to the company's operational needs and based on the company's product performance, develop suppliers, evaluate the supplier's access mechanism and supply system introduction work

2 Responsible for leading supplier development; from the supply materials required in the product design stage to the supplier development of the product shipment process, including material suppliers, auxiliary material suppliers, consumables suppliers, product suppliers, and outsourcing processing suppliers

3 Responsible for the diversified, multi-channel, and multi-supply supply model of the supply chain, formulate a realistic supply chain source supplier development plan, and effectively implement it

4 Responsible for analyzing supply market information, including market price trends, market inquiries, and various procurement model measures to reduce procurement and supply costs

5 Lead supplier product evaluation, supply evaluation, price comparison of newly developed suppliers, bargaining, market comparison, price analysis, submit price analysis and reports, and communicate with R&D process, finance and other related units on price transparency

6 Lead supplier negotiations, including developing new suppliers and price reduction negotiations, cooperate with financial price audits, and price transparency in the access stage. Three-party negotiations include engineering, finance, and leadership confirmation.

7 Lead supplier contract signing, price, payment terms, delivery date, contract terms, and transparent introduction of the access mechanism of "sunshine cooperation terms"

8 Responsible for the management of employees in this department, coordinate the division of labor of personnel in various positions within the department, clarify job goals, and supervise the achievement of assessment goals; responsible for training and cultivating employees, helping employees, and ensuring the effective implementation of performance evaluation.

9 Responsible for the supervision and management of the execution of procurement contracts and post-evaluation, support the contract execution ledger and contract execution early warning mechanism, regularly implement early warning and inspection, and support the supervision and control of the supplier's share, price and related assessment commitments

11 Assist sales in the development of key products, and provide technical support and training for customers on the spot of well-known brand products according to customer product development

Job requirements:

1 College degree or above

2 More than 5 years of procurement and development management experience,

3 Have certain communication, coordination and public relations skills, good teamwork spirit and professional ethics

4 Those with experience in standard machining procurement and supplier resources are preferred
