Working Principle

Screws only account for 15% of the total assembly cost. The special design of the screws can reduce the other 85% of the cost.


The screws can self-drill in the light hole to form a thread with wear resistance and uniformity, and the tolerance is consistent with the machine thread.


The design reduces friction during thread forming and allows for more ergonomic assembly torque.


The progressive tail guide allows for excellent screw axial alignment and requires very low down force during assembly.


The material displaced during tapping flows to fill the space between the internal threads, eliminating the tolerance gap between the screw thread and the internal thread.
