1. Before the machine works, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine tool idling for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the machine has a fault.

2. Maintain the correct posture when working, and have sufficient spirit to cope with the work. If you find that you are unwell, you must leave your job immediately and report to the leader. You must concentrate your mind during operation, and it is strictly forbidden to chat and cooperate with each other. The operator must not operate in an irritable or tired state to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation. All employees should check whether their clothing meets the work requirements before entering the workplace. Slippers, high heels and clothing that affects safety are not allowed. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.

3. When replacing the mold, turn off the power first. After the punching machine motion department stops running, you can start installing and debugging the mold. After the installation and adjustment are completed, move the flywheel by hand to test punch twice to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the pressure ring is in a reasonable position.

4. The power supply can only be turned on to start the machine after all other personnel have left the machine working area and removed the debris on the workbench.

5. When the machine is working, it is forbidden to put your hands into the working area of the slider, and it is strictly forbidden to take and put the workpiece by hand. Standard tools must be used when taking and putting workpieces in the die. If the machine makes abnormal sounds or malfunctions, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection. After the machine is started, one person shall transport materials and operate the machine. Others shall not press the electric switch or step on the foot switch panel, let alone put their hands in the machine working area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands.

6. When leaving get off work, the idle power supply should be turned off, and the finished products, side materials and debris at the post should be tidied up to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
